These terms cover your use of Cuezo — the music party game available as an Android app and web player at cuezo.app ("the Service"). By playing, you agree to these terms.
Cuezo lets groups of friends pick songs for scenario prompts, listen together, and vote for the best picks. No account is required; you join games with a room code and a display name.
Cuezo uses YouTube API Services to search for songs, and plays videos through the official YouTube embedded player. By using Cuezo, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
Cuezo integrates with Spotify so you can pick Spotify tracks, play them, and optionally save a game night's songs as a playlist in your own Spotify account. Saving a playlist requires you to log in to Spotify and authorize Cuezo; Cuezo then creates the playlist on your behalf and does not otherwise access or change your account.
By using Spotify features in Cuezo, you agree to be bound by the Spotify End User Terms of Service. You must have a valid Spotify account to use these features. Spotify is a third-party beneficiary of these terms and is entitled to directly enforce the provisions that relate to your use of Spotify content and services. Cuezo is not sponsored by or affiliated with Spotify, and Spotify provides its content "as is" without warranty. You will not use Spotify content in any way not permitted by the Spotify End User Terms — including no downloading, copying, or modifying of content beyond what Spotify allows.
Cuezo may offer optional in-app purchases (such as a Party Pass) through Google Play. Purchases are processed by Google Play and subject to Google Play's terms and refund policies.
Song playback relies on third-party services (YouTube and Spotify). Availability of specific songs and playback features depends on those services and may change without notice. Cuezo is not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of these third-party services.
Cuezo is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep game nights running smoothly, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.

We may update these terms as the Service evolves; the date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
